So I stepped on the scale yesterday and OH MY GOD! Definitely not the number I wanted to see!! I need to go on a diet like as soon as possible, maybe sooner!
I did good on that atkins diet but I dunno, I really don’t like eating meat all the time and I still cant have eggs for breakfast. Too much meat and not enough cookies! I need something that’s a little more reasonable and doesn’t punish me if I want to look at a piece of cheesecake you know?
So anyway I know I need to get my butt in a gym, but what I don’t know is what diet I need to do. Ive seen a lot of diet reviews out there but who knows if I can trust them, they all seem to promote diets that don’t really work or are just trying to get me to buy protein shakes or something…YUCK!
I might do something like weight watchers or something, maybe Jennie Craig. If it works for Kristie Alley’s fat butt I know I can do something right? Does Medifast work? I thought about trying it but it was really expensive I thought.
I have a starimaster that I really like and I have been meaning to go out and ride that bike I have more often… I really need to, I totally wasted my money on that one I never ride it. My cousin wants me to play tennis too so maybe I should take her up on it sometime, shes one of those girls that looks amazing in her bikini so she must be doing something right!
If anyone has any good diet suggestions let me know!
