Living alone in the city can be very lonely sometimes and Ive always thought about getting a cat, but never actually went through with it. Well now, even though I have no idea how to raise a kitten, I went out and got a cat!
He’s a beautiful little tabby cat named Buster who has brown stripes and big green eyes. He’s very playful, maybe a little too much. Yesterday I stepped out of the room for ten seconds and he was wrapped up in my cross stitching yarn! He eats like crazy and made a mess a few times in the kitchen but thats ok, hes only a little kitten, he cant know how to use the litter box right away right?
I’m not sure how my sisters dog will get along with my new kitten, he’s never been the friendilest thing in the world but I know my sister cant leave him alone while she is gone for a week either so I guess we will have to find a way for dogs and kittens to peacefully coexist. We’ll have to see how that one goes!
I got him the cutest little play thing, its a little house with a fuzzy pole that he can scratch up instead of scratching up my couch, which he has already tried to do by the way, but its purple and has a little mouse at the top so he can just try to get at it for hours and hours and he really doesnt seem to get bored at all. I wish I could go that long without getting bored but I guess i’m not a kitten.
So anyway I have to run to the store to figure out what kind of food kittens eat, and basically need to figure how the heck to raise a kitten but I know people who do it so it cant be that hard. TTYL!
